Balcony- el Motin del Te- Spain Original Watercolor
Balcony- el Motin del Te- Spain Original Watercolor by Lotus MacDowell, Artworks WV: Sometimes the most beautiful parts of architecture are above eye level. This is especially true in old buildings because the designers would really pay attention to the whole entire building when they designed it, creating something beautiful for each and every part of it. The wrought iron work on this balcony is particularly lovely and it appears that it is only a small decorative balcony but it sure packs a punch! These colors are the shades that you see in late afternoon – glorious golds and sunset oranges mixed in on a building of stone. The texture has been created by using salt to break up the surface of the color, giving it a look of time worn texture. Silver metallic has been carefully applied to the railing to showcase it in all its glory.
